Train with me
I have been coaching since I was 21 years old and have worked at some of the best boxing and martial arts gyms in Hong Kong, including DEF, Warrior, Venus Club, and Verano Boxing Club. Currently, I am based in Underdog Gym.
Group classes are great for beginners and sport enthusiasts. I adjust each session according to the students’ abilities, and there will always be pad work, bag training, coordination and conditioning.
I also have years of personal training experience. As a professional boxer, I like to focus on boxing technique and fight strategies. Personal training is a great way to work on punching technique, footwork, offence, defence, and sparring. This is great for anyone looking to prepare for a fight or beginners interested in perfecting their technique.
